Giancarlo Dallera, born in Concesio in 1946.
Founder and executive chairman at Cromodora wheels SpA., a leader company in the design and production of alloy rims for the most prestigious car manufacturers, including Porsche, AUDI, BMW, Mercedes, JLR and Maserati.
From 1985 to 2000 leader - first as CEO and later as group president - of the international business units of Hayes Lemmerz group, operating in the steel and alloy rims industry, with 13 establishments located in Europe, South America, South Africa and Asia, developing remarkable skills and experience in M&A and restructuring.
In 1992 he was part of the executive team that led Hayes Wheels International Inc. to be listed on the NYSE.
Currently, he is a member of the following boards: Banca Crelove (of which he is also a founding member), Fondazione Poliambulanza Istituto Ospedaliero, Guido Glisenti Spa, a company operating in the metallurgical industry.
He was also board member at Brembo Spa from 2003 to 2017.
From 2009 to 2013 he was president of Associazione Industriali Brescia.
In June 2018 he received the honour of ‘cavaliere del lavoro’.
