The Boards of Directors of the respective Companies approved the merger of Marchesini S.p.A. in Brembo S.p.A.

Brembo S.p.A. underwrote a leasing agreement until 31 December 2011, for a business unit comprising two companies, from an important supplier of mechanical parts manufactured using technological processing techniques.

Brembo becomes a supplier for Suzuki also for road bikes - after years of cooperation on the MotoGP - with a new brake caliper designed especially for the new version of the GSX-R 600 and 750, the flagship Super Sport model of this Japanese manufacturer.
