The General Shareholders’ Meeting of Brembo, which was held today at the Stezzano (Bergamo) headquarters and was chaired by Alberto Bombassei, approved the Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2009.

Brembo’s Board of Directors approved the draft Annual Financial results for 2009

Over the next five years, from 2010 to 2014, Brembo will spend € 82 million in Poland on increasing the production capacity of its plant at Dabrowa Gornicza, which makes brake discs for the cars and commercial vehicles market.

Today, Brembo Nanjing Foundry Co. Ltd. and Donghua Automotive Industrial Co. Ltd finalised agreements for the purchase of foundry plants and equipment.
