Fabrizio Riccardo Di Giusto was born in 1966.
He graduated from the University of Rome La Sapienza, Faculty of Economics and Commerce, in 1994.
He has been a member of Rome's Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts since 1996 and the Register of Statutory Auditors since 1999.
He began his professional activity by dealing particularly with corporate and tax law.
In 2002, he started his own practice in Rome that mainly operates in the field of economic business, commercial, tax, administrative, and financial consulting for companies and groups of national and international importance.
He has gained specific experience in drafting financial statements, business plans, valuations of companies, and conducting accounting and legal reviews.
As an expert in Corporate Governance, he has held and still holds positions as a statutory auditor in listed and unlisted companies, both as Chairman and as an effective auditor.
