Brembo will take part in casa 500 with its Formula E caliper

The winner of the Compasso d’Oro 2020 is an example of industrial design excellence.

Brembo and its Formula E brake caliper will take part in Casa 500, an exhibition at Turin's Pinacoteca Agnelli, which showcases industrial design excellence combining the beautiful and the useful.

For over 40 years, Brembo has accompanied team wins in the top world championships with its brake systems. Technology and innovation, excellent braking performance and attention to aesthetic detail are what make Brembo products stand out and make the Italian brand a market leader.

For this reason, Brembo will be taking one of its masterpieces, the Formula E brake caliper, to the Casa 500 project. It is an industrial product which, even in extreme racing conditions, never loses its characteristic, dynamic and sporty aesthetics, in line with the stylish electric cars for which it was created.

Winner in 2020 of the Compasso d'Oro ADI award, the oldest and also the most authoritative industrial design award at international level, the brake caliper on display is a 4-piston monobloc caliper in aluminum alloy designed for the world electric single-seater championship.

In the exhibition's Made in Italy area, visitors will see the essence of Brembo in the Formula E caliper: continuous development serving innovation and a love of beauty in the design of all its products.
