A Director of Brembo S.p.A. since 2017, he holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florence and has gained extensive managerial experience over a long and illustrious career, first with the Pirelli Group and then with the Prysmian Group, of which he took the helm in 2005. At the Pirelli Group, he occupied positions of increasing responsibility, handling in particular the restructuring and reorganisation of Pirelli Cavi, making it into one of the company’s most profitable and competitive divisions in the period 2002-2004.
In 2005, he oversaw the creation of the Prysmian Group, which he led to its IPO in 2007.
