Brembo has been confirmed as a Top Performer for ESG Identity in the Integrated Governance Index (IGI) 2023.

Brembo has been confirmed as a Top Performer for ESG Identity in the Integrated Governance Index (IGI) 2023. This quantitative analysis model, developed by ETicaNews, measures the integration of environmental, social and governance issues in corporate strategy.

The companies analysed are divided into four levels of ESG identity development: Top Performer, Leader, Conscious and Builder. Ranking in the upper range of the IGI means Brembo is among the 19.5% of Top Performer companies. It also ranks first in the Consumer Goods and Services category.

This award is confirmation of Brembo’s commitment to ensuring ESG is an integral part of its strategy for a more sustainable future.

The index, now in its eighth year, asks the top 100 listed companies, signatories to the 2021 Annual Sustainability Report and the top 50 unlisted Italian companies to complete a survey to measure their ESG status. In 2023, almost 100 companies were analysed.
