​ Brembo shines at the Oschersleben 8 Hours! The Yamaha GMT94 team takes the victory in the EWC category, with credit going in part to the Brembo XB2P720/21 calipers and the Brembo Z03 brake pads. Just below on the podium were the YART Team and the Maco Racing Team, also equipped with the Brembo Racing Endurance braking system

 
 

Created with the aid of special topology optimization software, the new Brembo Endurance 24 caliper can be fitted with the majority of forks currently in use.

The caliper stands out for its superior new technical characteristics, especially the diameter of the pistons, as well as the stiffness and lightness of the body.
In addition, the external profile of the caliper has been studied in detail in order to avoid complications during wheel changes. Another enhancement is reflected in the geometry of the internal fluid holes, which are designed to maximize the bleeding procedure.

To optimize the brake feeling in punishing conditions such as those of an Endurance race, the piston diameters are different to each other and reduced.
This specification ensures that different riders racing on the same bike during the same event are immediately able to get the ride feeling and brake in total confidence.
Particular care has been taken over the design of the caliper, which aims also to improve the rotation of the wheel and increase the life of the brake pads.
