The goal of the annual event is to reinforce the spirit of collaboration and teamwork, and every year the number of participants goes up.
For one day, the female employees put aside their Brembo uniforms and don the bright colors decorating their traditional Indian garments.
Plenty of activities were planned outside of work, including a dinner organized and offered by Brembo that attendees really appreciated.
At the end of the day, all of the women were given a fun bag as a practical gift to remember the event.
