Group Code of Basic Working Conditions, Brembo is committed to the principle that

Because of its nature as a large international group that is constantly and rapidly growing, called on to operate in very different settings in the global scenario, creating a culture that promotes the diversity within the group becomes a key competitive factor, favoring an environment where different points of view count, where everyone's voice can be heard and where they can all feel like an integral part of the Brembo organization.
In fact, the group is made up of a multi-cultural team: out of 100 Brembo people, 32 work in Italy, 20 in Poland, 15 in China, 9 in the Czech Republic, 9 in Mexico and 7 in the USA. The remaining 8 are split between Brazil, India, the United Kingdom, Spain, Japan and other countries.
