Greentell Set: what makes it different?
The performance of the Greentell Set stems from the perfect synergy between the disc and the pad. This integrated solution is designed to offer greater durability, corrosion resistance, and reduced particulate emissions during use, without compromising performance.
At the core of this solution is the disc with a double-layer coating free of nickel, applied using Laser Metal Deposition (LMD) technology. This advanced coating significantly improves the disc's corrosion resistance, enhancing its durability.
It is compatible with various types of discs, including integral, co-cast, lightweight, and floating discs.
When paired with a dedicated pad, this solution ensures a surface wear reduction of approximately 80%¹ compared to traditional uncoated cast iron discs, without compromising braking performance.
Another distinctive feature of this solution is the reduction of particulate emissions, for which the company has developed its own test bench to measure emissions from braking systems.
Greentell Set has been developed to reduce dust emissions during use by up to 90%². A solution mindful of environmental impact that does not compromise performance.
The disc features the Easy Check marking with the Brembo logo, with the option to customize it with the manufacturer's logo. When the Easy Check image fades from the braking surface, it is time to replace the disc.
