Why does SENSIFY set a new braking standard?

SENSIFY optimizes independently the intensity of the braking on each wheel independently, quickly, and more precisely, and it's the only ecosystem doing that. It is fluid-free, which means that it does not use hydraulic fluid to transmit the braking force from the pedal to the calipers. Instead, it uses electric signals and actuators to control the braking action. SENSIFY is an intelligent braking system, it can collect and analyze data from the vehicle, the driver and the environment, and use artificial intelligence to optimize the braking performance, with also the possibility to customize the response.

What is the advantage of braking on each wheel independently?

Even on seemingly uniform roads, the level of grip between the tires and the asphalt is not always evenly distributed across all four wheels. For this reason, controlling the braking action on each wheel, as SENSIFY does, not only allows for optimal use of the available grip but also positively impacts vehicle stability and handling, preventing yaw or, when cornering, the classic understeer under braking. Naturally, this effect is amplified on surfaces with low or uneven grip, such as wet conditions or when there is snow or ice. This is why SENSIFY provides Peace of Mind in every condition.

What does "fluid-free" mean?

A fluid-free braking system has several advantages over the most common and diffuse hydraulic braking system. It eliminates the need for fluid replacement and maintenance, which reduces the costs of ownership and the environmental impact of braking. And then, eliminating the brake fluid, reduces the residual torque and the drag between the pads and the discs, which improves the efficiency and the durability of the braking system. Finally, it enables a more precise and independent control of each wheel, which enhances the stability and the safety of the vehicle for total comfort and driving pleasure.

Why SENSIFY is defined as an intelligent ecosystem?

SENSIFY learns from the driver's behavior by collecting and processing data from the vehicle's sensors, the e-pedal, the driver's profile and the driving context. SENSIFY uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyze the data and to identify the driver's driving style, preferences and habits.
