Optimized braking power. Total control.
Born from rally raid experience, to ensure consistent performance when it matters most.
Key benefits
The combination of fixed 4-piston calipers, oversized floating discs, and racing pads increases braking force, improving modulation and delivering precision and full control in all riding conditions.
Designed for progressive response and excellent stability, the system maintains consistent braking performance even under intensive use, ensuring safety and predictability across different terrains and racing scenarios.
Advanced thermal management, with ventilated pistons and fixed discs, to limit heat transfer and ensure consistent, efficient braking even during prolonged operation at high temperatures.
Designed to simplify service operations, the system enables quick pad replacement and faster maintenance procedures, minimizing downtime and supporting continuous performance when used during racing activities.
The answers to your questions
No. Although it is a high-performance Upgrade, the braking system for the Can-Am Maverick R was not developed exclusively for track use. It is a complete Upgrade solution that requires replacing the entire original braking system and is designed for enthusiasts who want to improve their vehicle’s braking performance.
Its ideal use is in more intense and demanding conditions, such as sporty off-road driving and on high-stress routes. However, in some markets, there is no regulatory distinction between components intended exclusively for track use and components used on vehicles driven daily. For this reason, the system can also be adopted by users who simply want to take their Maverick R to a higher level in terms of control, braking power, and durability.
The Upgrade kit includes 4 fixed calipers (two front 220x101x150mm and two rear 220x93x150mm), 290x50mm fixed brake discs, and high-performance racing brake pads measuring 114x52x16mm, all designed to work as an integrated solution.
The Upgrade Kit for the Can-Am Maverick R, thanks to a combination of high-performance ventilated discs and calipers with greater structural rigidity, maintains stable braking even under high thermal loads.
