Special materials
The high-performance CSiC material, paired with a ceramic coating, delivers exceptional performance, even under the demanding conditions of high-load SUVs and supercars. The characteristics of carbon-ceramic always aim for excellence in the braking system and overall vehicle performance. This material features minimal deformation at high temperatures, maintaining consistent braking force even after repeated use, thanks to its excellent high-temperature behavior.
CCB carbon-ceramic discs are exceptionally resistant to fade, particularly in the most demanding braking situations. The extraordinary lightness of the carbon-ceramic discs makes the car lighter and more agile, improving performance in terms of fuel efficiency, driving comfort, deceleration, and acceleration. Additionally, thanks to the inherent properties of carbon-ceramic, CCB disc significantly improves safety compared to a cast iron disc, reducing the stopping distance by 3 meters on a 0 to 100 km/h braking test.
Lasting four times longer
Compared to cast iron discs, CCB carbon-ceramic discs last at least four times longer.
Thanks to their unique composition and exceptional hardness, they can even outlast the vehicle they’re mounted on, making them virtually everlasting.
