Calipers

Designed to withstand the extreme loads generated by high-speed off-road racing, Brembo racing calipers are developed to maximize structural rigidity while minimizing weight. Their fixed multi-piston architecture ensures a more uniform pressure distribution across the pad surface, improving modulation and reducing uneven wear.

The monobloc-inspired design increases stiffness by up to 30% compared to conventional solutions, helping maintain consistent pedal feel even during repeated high-energy braking events. Optimized internal fluid channels and dedicated thermal management solutions reduce heat transfer to the hydraulic circuit, preserving braking performance when operating temperatures exceed 600°C at the disc surface.

Discs

In rally-raid and Baja racing, brake discs are required to absorb and dissipate enormous amounts of thermal energy over extended periods of time. Brembo racing discs are developed to enhance cooling efficiency while maintaining structural stability under severe thermal cycling.


Floating architectures allow controlled radial expansion, reducing thermal stress and improving durability throughout the race. Optimized ventilation channels increase airflow through the braking system, helping lower operating temperatures and maintain friction consistency even after repeated braking events.

Master cylinder

The master cylinder is the first link between driver and braking system. Brembo racing master cylinders are designed to provide immediate hydraulic response, precise pressure build-up and superior modulation across every braking phase.


Developed using motorsport-derived hydraulic geometries, they deliver a highly linear response, allowing drivers to finely manage braking force even in low-grip conditions. Their lightweight construction and optimized internal sealing systems ensure consistent performance throughout long race stages while minimizing pressure losses.

Pads

Brake pads are developed to provide stable friction levels across a wide operating window, ensuring predictable braking performance regardless of surface conditions or temperature variations.


Their motorsport-specific friction materials are engineered to maintain effectiveness from low-temperature technical sections to braking events generating temperatures above 700°C. Optimized compound formulations improve resistance to fade while delivering progressive modulation and reduced wear rates.


Combined with dedicated backing plate solutions and advanced thermal insulation technologies, Brembo racing pads help preserve hydraulic efficiency and braking consistency throughout the race, reducing maintenance requirements while maximizing performance.
