F1, Superbike, 24 Hours of Le Mans, Rally, and MotoGP compared to identify the record-holder for the most wins on the same circuit in each discipline.

To become champions in motorsport, one must be able to make a difference on all types of tracks and in the most varied weather conditions. Michael Schumacher, for example, managed to win at least once in Formula 1 at 23 of the 34 circuits he raced on. The only common denominator of all his 91 victories was Brembo brakes, his loyal companions throughout his journey, first with Jordan, then Benetton, followed by Ferrari, and finally Mercedes.

However, this doesn't mean that every driver doesn't have a favorite track where they almost always manage to give their best. For Valentino Rossi, another rider who tied all his successes to Brembo, it was Assen, where he won 10 Grands Prix, including his last victory in 2017. On the other hand, Ayrton Senna, who appreciated Brembo brakes even during his time with Lotus and insisted on them at McLaren, felt at home on the streets of the Principality of Monaco, conquering it on 6 occasions.

Here are the record-holders for the most wins on the same circuit in 5 different motorsport disciplines.

Formula 1: Lewis Hamilton – Silverstone (Great Britain) 9 Grand Prix wins at Silverstone (47%)

The newly signed Ferrari driver has his first chance this year to secure a tenth victory at Silverstone. He has raced at the home circuit 19 times, although one of those was not the British Grand Prix, but the 70th Anniversary GP held in 2020. All of his 9 victories in front of his home crowd were achieved with Mercedes engines: the first in 2008 with McLaren, followed by four consecutive wins with the German team from 2014 to 2017, and another three in a row after his second-place finish in 2018.

Taking into account his 19 starts at the GP held there, his success rate stands at 47%.

WSBK: Jonathan Rea Assen (Netherlands) 17 Superbike World Championship wins at Assen (50%)

Out of his 119 wins in the Superbike World Championship, the Northern Irishman has secured 17 victories at Assen. At the Dutch track, Rea also achieved his first double win in 2010 with Honda. After 5 wins at Assen with the golden winged brand, he continued to dominate with Kawasaki, with whom he claimed 6 World titles, always using Brembo monobloc aluminum calipers with 4 pistons. He completed a double victory at Assen in 2015, 2016, and 2017 (years when there was no Superpole Race), a hat-trick in 2021, and another double in 2022.

With Kawasaki, only in 2018 did he win just one race during the weekend in the Netherlands. Currently, the only thing missing for him is a win with Yamaha. Considering that Rea has raced at Assen 34 times, his success rate on this track is 50%.

24 Hours of Le Mans: Tom Kristensen – Le Mans (France) 9 victories (50%) in the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Jacky Ickx’s 6 victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans seemed unbeatable, but by the late 1990s, Tom Kristensen's star emerged. The Dane won the world’s most famous endurance race on his debut in 1997 with Porsche. After joining Audi in 2000, he secured 6 consecutive wins, becoming the key figure behind these triumphs, with the exception of 2003 with Bentley.

Not satisfied, Kristensen also won in 2008 and 2013, while in 2012 and 2014, he finished 2nd behind the sister car. In 8 of his victories, he used Brembo brakes, and in 6 of them, he didn’t need to change the carbon discs and pads during the 24 hours, thanks to the new friction material. In total, he raced 18 times at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, achieving a success rate of 50%.

WRC: Sébastien Ogier – Monte Carlo (Monaco) 10 victories (62%) in the Monte Carlo Rally.

Last January, the Frenchman added another victory to his series in the oldest rally in the world. Ogier has won the Monte Carlo Rally 10 times, with his first win in 2009, a year when he wasn't in the WRC but in the Intercontinental Rally Challenge calendar, and his most recent in 2025, after turning 41. Interestingly, the Frenchman has won every edition held in odd-numbered years since 2015.

His first success in the Monte Carlo Rally came with the Peugeot 207 S2000, followed by wins from 2014 to 2016 with the Volkswagen Polo R, in 2017 and 2018 with the Ford Fiesta, in 2019 with the Citroën C3, and the last few with the Toyota Yaris. All 10 victories also bear Brembo's signature. Considering his 16 participations in this rally, his success rate stands at 62%.

MotoGP: Giacomo Agostini – Imatra (Finland) 16 victories (76%) in the 350cc and 500cc World Championships.

The most successful motorcycle racer of all time, with 15 World Championships and 123 GP victories, always had a special affinity for the Finnish road circuit, known for its passage over railway tracks. Agostini made his debut at Imatra in 1965, immediately dominating both the 350cc and 500cc classes. In the premier class, he continued to win every edition until 1973, while in the 350cc class, he resumed his winning streak in 1969, running through until 1973.

After 15 wins with MV Agusta, he claimed his last victory at Imatra in 1975, in the 500cc class with Yamaha, finishing ahead of home rider Lansivuori by 53 seconds. It was only the following year that Brembo brakes made their first appearance in the 500cc class. With 21 races at Imatra, Agostini's success rate at this track stands at 76%.
