The entire Brembo brake disc range, for both passenger cars and commercial vehicles, is certified by TÜV (Technischer Überwachungs-Verein, the prestigious German technical testing association) to be compliant with ABE homologation standards defined by the Federal German Road Transport Authority.
European regulation ECE R90 requires that all brake pads and shoes must pass testing comparing the performance of the aftermarket product with that of the original brake components. All Brembo brake pads and shoes have achieved ECE R90 homologation: this means that they offer comparable or even superior performance to that of the original equipment.
