Brembo High Performance brake calipers combine unrivalled stability with MotoGP levels of braking performance. Manufactured using specific technologies for each model, these calipers are extremely stiff under stress, ensuring precise and consistent braking performance.
The Brembo High Performance range offers the most discerning motorcyclists a choice of three front caliper lines (two-piece billet components, monoblock components and monoblock billet components) and one rear caliper line to cater fully for even the most extreme requisites.
All High Performance calipers are interchangeable with the fork mounts of the most popular European and Japanese hypersports models and fully compatible with original equipment discs as well as Brembo Supersport and T-Drive discs.
Two-piece billet radial calipers
CNC P4.30/34 line
This line consists of two-piece calipers machined from billet metal with radial mounts that are interchangeable with the standard radial fork mounts on European (100 mm mount) and Japanese (108 mm mount) hypersports models.
The entire caliper body is machined from solid billet metal and consists of two mechanically assembled parts. Brembo's engineers focused particularly on maximising braking power and stiffness by using racing technology.
The product, supplied in kit form, comes complete with sintered brake pads - the state of the art in braking technology currently available on the market. The kit also contains an instruction manual, a set of Brembo decals and a set of extremely useful thermochromic stickers, which are used in racing to monitor caliper operating temperatures and are a testimony to the true racing character of the product. The hydraulic system has been painstakingly optimised, and the use of differentiated 30/34 mm diameter pistons has further increased the already renowned power and controllability of Brembo calipers.
CNC GP4-RX line
In the GP4-RX version, the pads slide within the caliper body on special guides machined directly into the caliper body itself. This solution has made it possible to eliminate the pad pins. The GP4-RX is the first ever product to use a surface treatment adapted from MotoGP. As well as giving the caliper an extremely attractive look, the nickel coating has made it possible to further reduce the already narrow machining tolerances, bringing benefits in terms of both performance and precision.
The hydraulic system has been painstakingly optimised, and the use of four 32 mm diameter pistons has further increased the already renowned power and controllability of Brembo calipers.
M4 100 and M4 108 cast monoblock calipers
The Brembo Monoblock range brings monoblock technology - a solution used successfully in MotoGP in which the caliper body is machined from a single billet of cast aluminium to ensure outstanding stiffness - within reach of the general public.
The caliper, which is interchangeable with the fork mounts on all Japanese and European hypersports models, implements Brembo's most advanced casting technologies to create an incredibly light monoblock caliper body that offers unrivalled stiffness and precision. The hydraulic system has been painstakingly optimised, and the use of differentiated 34 mm diameter pistons has further increased the already renowned power and controllability of Brembo calipers. The caliper is finished with a titanium coloured anodic oxide coating.
CNC GP4-RR Monoblock
These components offer the highest performance attainable for a motorcycle caliper. These billet monoblock calipers combine monoblock technology with a unique billet machining process to further increase the mass/stiffness ratio and braking performance.
This caliper features four 32/36 mm differentiated diameter pistons, while the caliper has a central bridge structure that further increases overall stiffness.
The caliper body is entirely machined from a single billet of metal and is the first product ever to adopt a special surface treatment adapted from MotoGP. CNC P234 Supersport rear calipers
For those who also demand the best from the rear brake, Brembo offers a high performance kit that is interchangeable with the original components on the majority of European and Japanese hypersports models.
The caliper body is entirely machined from billet metal, while ultra-precise FEM analysis has been used to optimise both weight and stiffness. The caliper comes complete with sintered pads - the state of the art in braking technology currently available on the market. Brembo's engineers have dedicated particular attention to ensuring superb braking control even in the poor grip conditions arising when weight shifts from the rear wheel to the front. The kit is compatible with the original master cylinders and discs of all major hypersports models.
On the majority of European bikes, the Brembo rear caliper kit is interchangeable with the original calipers and may be installed directly on the original caliper bracket. For use on Japanese hypersports bikes, the kit includes a billet adapter bracket for fitting the caliper under the wheel axle: This is a standard solution in the racing world, which lowers the centre of gravity of the bike.
