From Imola to Magny Cours in one week. Superbike will take on this penultimate round of the season (before ending on 16 October in Portimao) with Carlos Checa close to clinching the world title. The Magny Cours track is 4.411 km long and is full of long, slow turns as well as extremely fast chicanes. The braking section Adelaide is the most demanding and also a good spot to overtake with hard braking. It is not a particularly hard track on the brakes, but the qualities of the braking system in terms of braking control and modulation are appreciable.
