Brembo Racing introduces a new pad compound for its line of Brembo Racing Pads: BRP66.
Brembo’s newest pad compound is tailored toward high friction with moderately lower temperature conditions, offering very good modulation and reduced wear. Its operating temperature parameters are from cold start to 1,022 degrees F. Along with BRP3, it’s the most versatile compound Brembo offers but should not be used where exposure to temperatures over 1,022 degrees F. are experienced.
BENEFITS
It has a slow rising torque curve that offers manageability with modulation as well as increased friction with increased pedal effort.
TARGET
It is effective for both the amateur racer as well as the professional race driver. It is formulated for a wide range of lighter weight Club applications such as Spec Miata, STi, 350z, EVO and various PBR applications. It is also very effective on dirt super late models when it’s important not to slide the tires. It’s also useful on asphalt super late models on light duty braking tracks.
