Ben Spies Superbike 2009 world champion

March 2010 - 2010 Formula1 world championship will start next weekend. First 2010 seasonal Gran Prix will open on 14th at Bahrain International Circuit (Sakhir), with the first stage of the championship.

With relation to brake systems, Bahrain Circuit can be considered heavy. UHD/HD (Ultra Heavy Duty/ Heavy Duty) brake calipers will be used. Certainly four heavy brakings at an estimated speed of around 300 kph are expected. The sand could create some problems with relation to the adhesion and the control of the car when braking.

Starting from Friday afternoon before every race (6 p.m.)click on the circuit identity cards to discover the track's most important brakings.

Moto GP & Superbike 2010

In MotoGp world championship, the Yamaha rider Valentino Rossi won his seventh world title in 2009. Some news as for the 2010 season: the Great Britain GP will move to Silverstone’s famous track, while the Hungarian one in Balatonring will make its return to the competition.

Last SBK world championship was one of the most exciting with spectacular races. In the end, the American Yamaha-racer Ben Spies managed to come out and won the competition. Most of the 2010 SBK championship  calendar is unchanged, apart from  the Qatar’s track which has been excluded.
