F1 2010: Ferrari's one-two finish in Bahrain
14th March 2010 - Fernando Alonso started his Ferrari career in the best way by winning the first race of the season – the 2010 Bahrain Grand Prix - ahead of team-mate Felipe Massa, handing to Scuderia Ferrari yet another one-two finish in its history.McLaren’s Lewis Hamilton gained the third spot on the podium ahead of Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel who was unfortunate to loose the lead to Alonso after an exhaust failure on his Red Bull RB6 that cost him power and a podium finish; sixth place for the Mercedes GPs Michael Schumacher.The next challange for drivers will take place on 28th March at Melbourne Gran Prix Circuit, in Australia.

February 2010 - The prestigious JPMS fair (Journées Professionnelles de la Moto et du Scooter) recently ended in Lyons (France), assigned the Product of the Year Award for the Urbains class (product for urban roads) to Brembo’s B-Jet helmet.The winning feature voted by the jury (consisting of the public, journalists of the professional press and general media, and for the first year by a professional in distribution and a member of the JPMS organizing committee) was the innovative automatic closure system.
15 March 2010 - Brembo’s BOD approved the draft Annual Financial Statements for 2009. • Revenues amounted to € 825.9 million (down by 22.1%);- EBITDA amounted to € 101.2 million (12.3% of sales); net of extraordinary items € 108.4 million (13.1% of sales);- EBIT amounted to € 22.6 million (2.7% of sales); net of extraordinary items € 39.4 million or 4.8% of sales;- Net income was € 10.5 million.• Financial debt decreased by € 82.4 million (-24.4%).• Proposal for the distribution of dividends € 0.225 per share.• For 2010 market shares are expected to increase, thanks to the ongoing internationalisation policy implemented by the Group.
