On Sunday 11th May the fifth race of the F1 World Championship will take place on the Istanbul circuit with the Turkish Grand Prix.
The circuit is 5.340 km long, with 14 corners and 4 straight stretches to drive anticlockwise, an unusual feature for the F1 circuits. The Istanbul Speed Park is built on a hilly region offering a lot of ups and downs and a changing track. The braking system must guarantee a good control especially in the 2 corners with deceleretions higher than 4g. The main unknown quantity is the heat, which will challenge drivers and tyres.
Starting from the night before every race (h. 10 p.m.), you will be able to discover all the characteristics of the circuit thanks to our Circuit Identity Cards.
