		Annual General Meeting - 29/04/08



	Brembo Annual General Meeting met today and resolved: Approval of 2007 Annual Report and gross dividend of €0,28 (+16,7%); Authorization to buy and sell own shares; Appointment of Board of Directors and Statutory Auditors; Alberto Bombassei confirmed as President. The BoD after the General Meeting appointed Stefano Monetini as Managing Director. During the Shareholders' Meeting, the 2007 Economic, Environmental and Intangible Value Report was presented, which represents a useful tool for evaluating the potential growth and profit of the company,for even more complete and trasparent information. 		Formula 1 World Championship



	On Sunday 11th May the fifth race of the F1 World Championship will take place on the Istanbul circuit with the Turkish Grand Prix. The circuit is 5.340 km long, with 14 corners and 4 straight stretches to drive anticlockwise, an unusual feature for the F1 circuits. The Istanbul Speed Park is built on a hilly region offering a lot of ups and downs and a changing track. The braking system must guarantee a good control especially in the 2 corners with deceleretions higher than 4g. The main unknown quantity is the heat, which will challenge drivers and tyres. Starting from the night before every race (h. 10 p.m.), you will be able to discover all the characteristics of the circuit thanks to our Circuit Identity Cards. 	Rossi won the Grand Prix of China. Pedrosa got the second place, followed by Stoner. Check the standings. The next race is taking place Sunday 18th May on the circuit of Le Mans, in the Gran Prix of France. 	Brembo supply the complete braking system for the company’s flagship “Touring” family. The entire braking system, consisting of front and rear callipers with 4 pistons, front and rear master cylinder and three 300 mm front and rear discs, will be supplied by Brembo in place of the previous American supplier.
